All products sold by Evo Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this Refund & Return Policy.
All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and to preserve product integrity and safety, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getevolabs.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund: opened or used products; products not in their original, unopened condition; products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery; and orders reported more than 7 days after delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.
